■Joint development of R2R plating machine
We had achive joint development of automatic plating equipment including actual liquid test for New Process with JCU.
This is a roll-2-roll type machine for electroless nickel plating, developed with JCU Corporation.
The target workpiece is extremely thin, and we had a hard time developing the transfer technology.
